Hi, for some reason my tray icon scale went haywire. It use to work. Now it does not show any activity unless I'm downloading flat out and even then it barely registeres anything. Help please.

Hi, can you send me your BitmeterSettings.xml file and I'll have a look at what's going on: rob at codebox.no-ip.net
thanks

Agreed - I have the same problem. When set to "autoscale" the tray-icon scale is so high that hardly anything shows up on the tray icon. If it's set to manual, then the scale is set where you can see something on the tray icon... but then the main display is over the limit on the display...

I'll have a look, it might be a bug - thanks for pointing it out

I've looked at this today and done some testing - and I cant find anything wrong. Which version of Bitmeter are you using? (check the About screen)
thanks

Using the one I downloaded about a week ago - I imagine it's 3.5.7?

I checked my version of Bitmeter2, and it's 3.5.7.31396

Here are some screenshots of the problem. With 2500bps manually set, I get this:

With Autoscale, I get this:

Note that the tray icon shows no activity in autoscale, even though there's a UL of 8.8... which is more than what the 2500bps screenshot shows. This is the problem that I am talking about. (Note the window scales properly, just the tray-icon goes to a scale that prevents proper display.)

That's very helpful - thanks for taking the time to produce the screenshots, I'll look into it - seems like a bug.
